Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel, paid amounts are refunded on this scale. Bank charges and a 50 € handling fee stay with you, whatever the notice period.

Do I need a license?

Yes: a paramotor license and at least 50 flight hours.

How many pilots?

Maximum 6 seats per Saturday departure.

Where do we fly?

Grand Erg Oriental, Ksar Ghilane, Douz, Timbaine.

Do you rent the paramotor?

No. You bring your own aircraft. Tours that rent an Air Conception are a different product.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 30 days: 90% refunded. 15–30 days: 50%. Under 15 days or no-show: none. €50 handling fee and bank charges stay with you.
